Friendly Owl is a tool that captures data from your screen. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that capturing your screen does not violate any company policies or NDA agreements you are bound by.
• Managing the local storage of your data.
• Protecting your Mac from unauthorized physical or digital access.

4. No Warranty

"Friendly Owl is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied."

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our OCR and time tracking, we cannot guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will capture every single activity with perfect precision.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Friendly Owl, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the software.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page.
